How to train with it
Level one: use the word anywhere in your bar. Don't worry about rhyme, just get it in before the next one lands.
Level two: land the word at the end of the bar, as your rhyme word. Much harder — you have to steer the whole line toward it.
Level three: connect consecutive words into one continuous story. This is the drill that actually builds writing ability, not just speed.
