Song structure planner
Stack sections, set your tempo, and watch the runtime update. Useful before you write, so you know how many bars you actually need.
The default that works
Intro, hook, verse, hook, verse, hook, outro. It's loaded above because it's what most songs on the radio use, and because structure isn't where you should be spending your originality budget.
Break it once you can execute it. Not before.
Watch the runtime
Around 2:30–3:30 is the sweet spot for streaming. Shorter and there's not enough song; longer and completion rate drops, which hurts you algorithmically.
If your structure comes out at 4:30, cut a verse rather than speeding everything up.
